Biography
My time is divided between counseling positions as an Adjunct Counselor/Instructor-(DSP&S) at Rio Hondo
College and Pasadena City College Community Education Center as well as Personal Counselor around the areas of
Los Angeles, California to enhance individual lives.
My education includes a Master of Science degree in Counseling, a Bachelor of Science degree in Rehabilitation
Services, a Certificate in Career Counseling from California State University, Los Angeles and an Associate of Arts
degree in Micro-computer with a Certificate in Computer Information Systems from Rio Hondo College in Whittier,
California.
I have been providing personal counseling since 2003 and Career Counseling since 2005. My work experience
enables me to provide services to enhance personal Self Esteem, Reduce Stress, Anxiety, Family Disputes and Social
Problems.
As a Career Counselor, I have worked in different community colleges in the region of Los Angeles, California
with students with and without disabilities from diverse backgrounds providing Academic, Personal, Vocational and
Disability Counseling. I also participate in ongoing college trainings to enhance my career counseling experience. I am
very committed to continue working in the areas of Personal, Career, Vocational and Disability counseling to enhance
individual lives.
